A few things we have for you

Recovery Center

We have an on call Physical Therapist to keep injuries, aches and pains at bay. Our recovery center also has an infrared sauna & ice bath!

Showers and lockers

Work downtown? Our gym is fitted with lockers and showers. Freshen up after lunch or before the commute home!

Nearby parking

Our facility has a parking lot next door where members can park for free in the evenings, as well as street parking where you can park for a low cost.

Small classes

We want you feel important, because you are! Class sizes are capped to ensure you get the attention needed!

More About Our Classes

Hybrid HIIT classes will incorporate both strength and interval training. We develop each workout to give you both strength and cardio! Strength portions are designed to increase your force and strength. Learn movements and techniques such as the clean and jerk, snatch, deadlifts and more. Movements can be broken down to increase technical proficiency. The WOD (Workout of the Day) will get your heart rate up and burn calories! This section can vary from AMRAPs, EMOMs, set rounds and more. The best CrossFit class in Los Angeles is the one that you can keep coming to! Our staff prioritizes safety and technique to ensure that each day is a successful one! Modifications and scaling down workouts are always an option, all you need to do is ask.

Boxing and kickboxing classes more your forte? Boxing classes at Rise Athletics LA will teach the mechanics of punching, blocking, slipping and rolling. Footwork is also a large part of boxing! Members work ladder drills to get quick feet and strong legs. Each boxing class in Los Angeles will offer dedicated mitt work with the coach as well. Learn more combos the more you attend class! Los Angeles Kickboxing classes will teach you the fundamentals of kicking, punching, throwing knees and more! With over 20 punching bags to hit, there’s more than enough to keep you sweating!

It doesn’t stop there. If you’re looking for jiu jitsu classes in Los Angeles, Rise Athletics LA has you covered. We offer both no gi and gi class (the karate looking suit). Beginners to advanced students can benefit from taking jiu jitsu classes here. Jiu jitsu is the art of fighting without throwing punches and kicks. Learn submissions and escape techniques that have real world application. MMA classes have picked up in popularity as well. Mix Martial Arts classes incorporate multiple disciplines of fighting into one. It is the ultimate test of a students knowledge in many disciplines of martial arts.
